Northfield and Eastfield are situated on the cliff tops at the south side of Hornsea; both developments have beautiful views of the beach and coastline, as well as direct access to the beach.

Westfield, Lakeside, The Meadows and Southfield are set in vast parkland area; each Holiday Home plot has it's own private parking bay and private garden area. Lakeside is set by an ornamental pond with Koi Carp.

Bayview is the exclusive area of the Park hosting Log Cabins and top of the range Holiday Homes. Each plot has its own single or double parking bay and spacious garden area. Bayview has a number of nature reserve features with ponds, wildlife, ducks and open green grass areas.
